SPORTS EN PLEIN AIR La ville de Versailles héberge en mai 2017 le Jumping international Versailles, lors duquel concourent l’Allemand Marc Bettinger et son cheval Barino 27 . En septembre 2018, à l’occasion de la Ryder Cup, le Golf national de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines reçoit le champion américain Tiger Woods 28 . Et en 2023, la base nautique olympique de Vaires-sur-Marne accueille la Coupe du Monde de sprint et para canoë. Les Françaises Claire Bren, Pauline Freslon, Margot Maillet et Léa Jamelot terminent alors septième de la finale du 500 mètres kayak 30 .

In 2023, the Vaires sur-Marne Olympic Water Sports Centre hosted the Sprint and Paracanoe World Cups.
