P aris Aéroport a invité vingt acteurs de la nouvelle scène de l’illustration française à livrer leur vision de la capitale. L’exposition Une fenêtre sur Paris , installée pour deux ans dans le tunnel d’accès au satellite 6 du terminal 1, donne des points de vue audacieux sur la Ville lumière et sur ses monuments emblématiques. Au pied de la tour Eiffel, au bord du canal Saint-Martin, sur les toits de Paris ou encore dans le métro : les illustrateurs offrent une perspective familière ou fantasmée de la capitale. À travers cette exposition, Paris Aéroport propose aux passagers une immersion dans un Paris onirique et témoigne de son enthousiasme pour la jeune création française.

P aris Aéroport has invited 20 artists from the new French illustration scene to share their vision of the capital. The exhibition, titled A window on Paris , offers daring viewpoints on the City of Light and its iconic monuments, and will remain for two years in the access tunnel to Satellite 6 at Terminal 1. At the foot of the Eiffel Tower, the edge of Canal Saint-Martin, on Paris’s rooftops or in the metro, these talented illustrators offer perspectives on the capital both familiar and imagined. Through this exhibition, Paris Aéroport offers passengers immersion in a dreamlike Paris and shares our enthusiasm for young French artists.

Chaque artiste du collectif Pekelo a réalisé son illustration sur un panneau de trois mètres de long. En tout, ce sont pas moins de 90 mètres qui sont investis par ces œuvres installées de part et d’autre du tunnel d’accès au satellite 6. Each artist of the Pekelo collective designed an illustration on a three-m- (10-ft-) long panel for a total of 90 m (295 ft) of artworks displayed on both sides of the tunnel accessing Satellite 6.
