Damien Hirst, Cerisiers en fleurs Le peintre britannique a voulu s’éloigner du

minimalisme: sa nouvelle série, Cherry Blossoms (Cerisiers en eurs), s’avère généreuse, débordante d’idées et de couleurs éclatantes. C’est sous une nouvelle lumière que Damien Hirst revient en France, à la Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain. S’emparant du genre de la représentation orale, il rend hommage à l’impressionnisme, au tachisme ou à l’ action painting avec trente toiles monumentales.
