AUTORISATION DE SORTIE DU TERRITOIRE OBLIGATOIRE — AUTHORISATION REQUIRED FOR MINORS LEAVING FRANCE Les mineurs vivant sur le sol français voyageant à l’étranger sans l’un de leurs parents doivent être munis d’une Autorisation de sortie du territoire (AST), à télécharger sur le site du ministère de l’Intérieur. Le mineur doit avoir ce document Cerfa rempli et signé par son responsable légal, sans oublier sa pièce d’identité, un visa éventuel selon la destination, et la photocopie du passeport ou de la carte d’identité de l’un de ses parents. Minors living in France and travelling abroad without their parents must carry an o cial authorisation to leave French territory (’Autorisation de sortie du territoire’, AST). AST forms can be downloaded from the website of the French Ministry of the Interior. Minors must have an AST form completed and signed by a legal representative, a valid identity card, a visa (if required by the destination country), and a copy of the passport or identity card of a parent. service-public.fr
