GOVERNANCE
D I ALOGUE WI TH STAKEHOLDERS
AN OPEN AND FRUITFUL DIALOGUE
THE EXPECTAT I ONS OF OUR STAKEHOLDERS AT THE HEART OF OUR STRATEGY
Its recommendations make it pos sible to feed, among other things, the annual risk mapping process, to challenge the prioritisation of the Group’s CSR issues, to feed into the strategic orientations and to strengthen the ability to anti cipate business transformations and Groupe ADP’s ecosystem. The members of the committee are experts in understanding public opinion, social dialogue, biodiversity, climate, aeronautical research and airport economics. They represent sustainable f inance, ai rport employees , passengers, airport officials, air lines and other airports, or are students, specialising in air trans port or committed to the environ ment.
Created in 2021 and made up of 16 external experts from different environments bringing together several areas of expertise and perspectives, the aim of the Stakeholders’ Committee is to open up a free and productive dialogue on all Groupe ADP’s strategic issues. It makes it pos sible to generate discussions, issue alerts and in fine recom mendations. The Stakeholders Committee is an opportunity for regular and fruitful dialogue with stakehol ders from various sectors of civil society and with multiple exper tise. It thus enables Groupe ADP to discuss transformation topics and to seize useful major trends to be taken into account in its long-term strategy.

WHITE NOTES: ENRICHING COLLECTIVE THINKING
Convinced that a certain number of discussions, reflections and recommendations, arising within the framework of the committee, may be of wider interest, the Stakeholders Committee (SCP) decided to share some of the reflections beyond Groupe ADP, by launching whitepapers, or white notes. Written by the members of the CPP, each white paper examines a new issue to strengthen the social and environmental performance of the platforms, while ensuring the sustainability of the economic model. The committee aims to enrich collective thinking on sustainable development at the level of the air transport industry; stimulate dia logue between Groupe ADP and stakeholders, beyond the mere circle of committee members; and to find the best compromise between environmental, social and economic objectives.
The first white paper looks at an important factor in airport emissions: land access to airports. The document focuses on how passengers and staff travel to and from the airport and proposes five priority actions to reduce emissions on the ground. This document is the first in a series of white papers on the integration of sustainable development in the planning and operation of airport plat forms. The notes can be found on the Groupe ADP website. The notes are drafted collectively by Groupe ADP’s Stakeholders Committee, and provide an external perspective and targeted advice on all Groupe ADP’s transformation issues.
