Details of changes in consolidated equity and a breakdown of other equity are provided in note 7. In 2024, changes in scope correspond mainly to (i) transactions with the non-controlling shareholders of 50% of Extime Travel Essentials for €22 million and (ii) the acquisition by GAL of an additional 11% of its subsidiary GHIAL, the concession holder for Hyderabad airport in India, for €21 million. Changes in scope in 2023 concerned transactions with the 49% and 50% non-controlling shareholders in Extime Duty Free Paris and Extime Média, respectively, for €76 million.
