COMPENSATION OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The total gross amount (excluding employer contributions) of compensation and benefits (fixed and variable compensation, benefits in kind, incentive plans, profit-sharing, contributions) of the Executive Committee members, who are not corporate officers, totalled €5.2 million in 2022 for 15 members present as at 31 December 2022.
