FINANCIAL COVENANTS The financing agreements for concessions operated by the airport management companies of Groupe ADP in which AIG and TAV Airports are shareholders include early repayment clauses in the event of failure to comply with certain financial ratios. In the event of a sustained breach, the lenders may impose default conditions that may result in limited recourse to the shareholders. For the

record, contracts containing such covenants represent 13% of the Group’s total borrowings 31 December 2022. At that date, either the airport management companies have complied with the early repayment clauses in the event of failure to meet certain financial ratios, or, if not, the lenders have agreed not to exercise their rights.
