Mosaïques, dorures, marbre de Carrare et panneaux de verre gravé: chez Prunier, tout évoque le raffinement Art déco. Depuis 1925, ce temple du caviar, inscrit en 1989 à l’inventaire des monuments historiques, séduit autant par sa sublime façade bleue inspirée du monde marin que par son intérieur resté quasi intact. 16, avenue Victor-Hugo, Paris 16 e . Kléber Ouverte en 1927 à Montparnasse, La Coupole incarne l’effervescence des Années folles. Cette immense brasserie Art déco est classée aux monuments historiques et a été restaurée en 1988 avec un rare souci d’authenticité. Colonnes peintes, galeries porte-chapeaux et luminaires restituent fidèlement son ambiance d’origine. Prunier is a true Art Deco masterpiece and a feast for the senses, from its marine-blue façade to its gorgeous original 1925 interior. This temple to caviar captivates visitors with refined mosaics, gilding, Carrara marble and beautiful etched-glass.
