Photographer Yann Vernerie has been photographing Paris for as long as he can remember, avoiding the most touristed spots. Ever amazed and surprised by the City of Lights, he sees Paris as a parable of the complexity of life, which sometimes pushes us to desire only those things which seem to escape us.
